International transfer of vocational education and training: a literature review

چکیده

The transferability of vocational education and training (VET) systems is a central issue within international comparative VET research. However, scholars working in related disciplines also focus on the cooperation associated with VET. This literature review presents relevant findings from field research, but fields political economy, educational human resource management. It explores differences parallels research about policy transfer between these fields. For example, economy sciences tend to activities at systemic level, while those management regional strategies, focuses successes obstacles cooperation. All features are interconnected, providing important insights into systems. following discussion begins by exploring rationales underpinning different disciplinary perspectives Next, it reviews empirical policies perspectives. concludes critical reflection potential – how all stress need for cultural sensitivity, adaption, long-term planning when transferring one country another.
